Booking policies:
Stays are weekly, Saturday/Saturday.

Check in: Saturday from 4pm
Check out: Saturday by 10am

Terms of payment:
50% payment on confirmation of the booking
Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.

Deposit: At check-in, a security deposit of 1500.00 euros is required to be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded at departure net of any charges for damage caused to the property.

Final cleaning to be paid for on site.

Tourist Tax: €3.00 per person per day be paid on arrival at the villa. (tourist tax does not apply to children 9 years old and under)
